What Proxy Foundry is (and isn’t)
We print proxies for casual play and testing—Commander pods, cube nights, kitchen table games, and deck testing.
We are not a source for tournament-legal cards, and we don’t support deceptive use. If your goal is “make this indistinguishable from an authentic card,” that’s not what we do.
Proxy Foundry is not affiliated with or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast.
Support you can actually reach
Email: support@proxyfoundry.com
Response time: typically within 1 business day (Mon–Fri)
To speed things up, include your order number and any relevant screenshots/photos (especially for proof or print issues).
Shipping & turnaround (no surprises)
- Production: typically 1–3 business days
- Shipping: depends on the service selected at checkout
(most orders ship USPS standard; UPS expedited options are available)

Quality guarantee & reprints
If we make a mistake or a production defect slips through, we’ll reprint the affected items at no cost (or offer an appropriate alternative solution when a reprint isn’t the best option).

Returns & refunds (aligned with our guarantee)
Because items are printed to order, we generally can’t accept “changed my mind” returns. But if something is wrong or defective, we’ll resolve it quickly via reprint, refund, or credit depending on the situation.

Responsible use policy
We support ethical, transparent proxy use:
- casual play and testing
- clear labeling
- no resale as authentic product
- not for sanctioned events unless the organizer explicitly allows proxies
